These are certified organic raw red limo de ajo peppers. Red Limo peppers are rated at about 90,000 scoville units which is about 1/4 of the heat of a habenero and 3 times the heat of a cayenne pepper. They are dried whole at low temperatures below 105 degrees Farenheit after harvest. Add some heat to those raw creations.
