Healthforce Cleansing Package 3 (Advanced Cleanse)
This cleanse differs from the Healthforce Cleansing Package 1 (Basic Cleanse) in that it includes more Vitamineral Green to last for about three weeks and also includes special purpose cleansing supplements.

These cleanse instructions may differ from the Healthforce Guide, either are fine, use the one best suited to you or develop your own. Basically follow the instructions on the Intestinal Movement Formula and add in the following: Drink 1 heaping tablespoon of Vitamineral Green in 16 to 32 oz of water (or fresh organic juice) three times per day at your regular meal times. A blended organic food juice made from organic fruits and vegetables is also OK as a fresh juice substitute (e.g. Vitamix Blended juice, watered down ground fruits and vegetables. It is still OK to drink your morning water or lemon water. Drink as much water throughout the day as you desire. Consume the Intestinal Movement Formula with your Vitamineral Green drink. Next, one hour after consuming the Vitamineral Green drink, mix 2 level tablespoons of Intestinal Drawing Formula in 8 oz of water and drink. Following this with more water 8 oz or more. This will support the drawing out of any toxins released by the Vitamineral Green drink. The Intestinal Movement Formula keeps everything moving. Three times per day you take the Vitamineral Green drink and three times you take the Intestinal Drawing Formula. Essentially you are layering the drinks into your digestive system.
You can do this cleanse for up to three weeks. The package contains enough Vitamineral Green for about three weeks. And enough of the other two for up to three weeks or more. Using the whole organic food juice (e.g. Vitamix blended juice) method is a good way to cleanse because you are consuming food and fiber but not any fat. You can also make juices in advance. To preserve a quart of juice for up to a week you can use 1/2 of a Megahydrate capsule mixed into the juice.
This cleansing package includes additional special purpose cleansing supplements that can added in by following the instructions on each product. Important to note that you want to consume the additional supplements with your Vitamineral Green drink and in some cases in the morning. Healthforce also has other products that can be added into a cleanse (e.g. Oxygen Supreme). You can also take enzymes and probiotics when cleansing. Additional Liver Rescue III+ may be needed for prolonged liver cleansing.
